Certified Human Rights Manager Course

The comprehensive Human Rights Manager course covers a wide range of relevant topics to provide you with the necessary understanding for the effective implementation of human rights standards in companies. We place particular emphasis on the latest legislation and the ever-changing regulations that companies are subject to.

You will also be presented with various human rights management approaches to help you develop a holistic and strategic approach. You will learn how to conduct risk assessments to identify potential human rights violations in international supply chains and take appropriate preventive measures. Another focus is on supplier management to promote that your suppliers also comply with human rights standards and take appropriate remedial action in case of violations.

An effective grievance mechanism is also of great importance to uncover grievances and respond to them appropriately. Our course will introduce you to best practices and procedures for setting up and managing such mechanisms.
